He provides intense one on one hitting, catching, fielding, and sport conditioning training, as well as group lessons, hitting/fielding clinics, and runs team practices. Eric focuses on teaching fundamental/routine baseball and stresses consistency through straight line movements.

Eric has a track record to helping his clients make huge improvements and provides top notch hitting, catching, and defensive instruction to all ages. He specializes in the art of catching and helping hitters become more consistent. Eric’s baseball career began as a four year varsity starter as a catcher for Constantine High School in Michigan. He was an all state catcher, three year all conference, and a three time all area player. After high school Eric attended Glen Oaks Community College to focus on building a strong academic and athletic foundation. There he was a two year co-starter as a catcher and helped to bring the GOCC to two NJCAA Regional appearances. Eric continued his player career as a starting catcher for the Trojans of TIU (Trinity International University) where he caught 86 of 113 games in two years. He batted .325 and threw out 70% of base runners in his two years at TIU. Eric was named the defensive player of the year as a junior and named captain his senior year. After completing his playing career, Eric served as TIUs catching and first base coach while finishing his degree in Physical Education. Eric currently teaches PE for Gary Elementary School, part of the Chicago Public School District.

Baseball instruction/coaching:

Eric worked at an area baseball academy as a hitting and position instructor for six years before starting his own personal baseball instruction business (CC Baseball). He has instructed many individual and group lessons over the years in addition to being the lead instructor for many 1st and 2nd grade catching and hitting clinics. Eric has taught kids of all ages and has worked with many players that have gone on to be very successful and consistent ball players.  Eric is currently the head coach for his Elite High School Tournament Team. Eric spent 5 years coaching for Buffalo Grove’s local full time travel program, the BGRA Bearcats. He was one of the BGRA’s main coaches, as well as the Director of Coaches. He helped steer the program under Gregg Winter and player a major role in the development of the Bearcats. Eric and Gregg started the Bearcats together with building a classic logo, color scheme, team name, and helping develop a coaching plan still used today that keeps the program winning. Without the countless hours put in by Eric and Gregg the program would not be around today.

Eric was also the Jr. Patriots 8th grade feeder head coach for one year. He, Tim Morely, and Ryan Whitcomb helped get the program off the ground. After one year with the JP Patriots Eric turned all his attention to building the best baseball academy in the area (CC Baseball). Today CC Baseball is one of the biggest baseball academies is the area with 5 fall ball teams each year and a high school program that is next to none. The CC High School Tournament program which was started three years ago is becoming a top player choice among other local programs.
